Masonville 42s is located at 307 Fanshawe Park Road East, a short walk away from CF Masonville Mall and only a few minutes’ drive from Masonville Public School & Western University.
What about parking?
Stay tuned for parking prices. Coming very soon! All resident vehicles must be registered with our property management staff in order to guarantee that fair and sufficient parking is accessible for residents, visitors, and service personnel.
How long is a standard lease at Masonville 42s?
A standard lease at Masonville42s is a minimum of 12-months. You also have the choice to sign a three year term from the start, with the assurance that your rental rate remains locked in for the full 3-year period for a worry-free and secure future living experience.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Utilities and internet are not included. Exclusive high-speed Internet offers for Masonville42s provided by Bell can be provided upon request. All residents are responsible for creating and managing their utility accounts for payments. Our property management team will be more than happy to assist if needed.
Is there visitor & EV parking available?
Yes! The Masonville42s offers a vast amount of visitor and accessible parking as well as exclusive EV charging stations for residents.
Can I sublease my unit?
Subleasing is not permitted in the Masonville42s.

WHAT IS A 2-STOREY BACK-TO-BACK STACKED TOWNHOME?
Let's break it down!
• A stacked townhome is a unit that has an individual entry and its own utility systems on each level of a building.
• A 2 storey stacked townhome is the same concept but the townhome is larger in size at 2 storeys!
• Back-to-back refers to the townhomes being back-to-back to other townhomes in the building, similar to an apartment building but without the extra corridors!
• A stacked townhome is a unit that has an individual entry and its own utility systems on each level of a building.
• A 2 storey stacked townhome is the same concept but the townhome is larger in size at 2 storeys!
